I'm sending as a gift. Do you include prices in your packaging?
Items are packaged beautifully with gift-giving in mind, however we do include an invoice with each order that includes the purchase price.
We would be happy to remove the invoice and/or include a personalized note with your order, please enter your message into the "add a note to your order" section located on the cart page below your items. Or contact us with your order number and the message you would like to include.
Do you offer framing?
Yes we do! We've partnered with a custom frame shop and now offer high-quality custom framing made by hand here in the USA. Our convenient, shipped to your door framing is available for every sized print. With the choice of frame styles, hanging your favorite State of April prints has never been simpler.
Please note: framed artwork does not ship internationally.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All items in the shop are available for international shipping with the exception of framed artwork due to shipping limitations. If your order is heading to a final destination outside of the US, please choose the print only option when purchasing artwork.
When will I receive my order?
All unframed art prints and jewelry will ship from the studio 7-10 business days after purchase.
Framed art prints are custom made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks until shipment.
After items are shipped, you will be sent a link with up-to-date delivery details so you will be able to check on your package as it makes it's way to you. US orders generally arrive in 5-7 days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks but can occasionally take up to one full month.
If you would like to request rushed processing times, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What should I do if my package has been lost?
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
- Reach out to your local post office.
- Contact our team at email@example.com and include your order number.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason we will happily take it back for a refund or exchange within 7 days of you receiving your items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping will not be charged for returned items as a result of damage in transit or wrong item shipped.
* Made to order frames cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
