Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Packages are shipped 7-10 business days after payment is received. Prints will ship from my NC studio and are packaged for safe arrival in stay flat mailers or shipping tubes.
$6 flat rate shipping for USPS first class. U.S. orders generally arrive within 4-7 days after shipment, a link to the tracking information is provided so you can follow the progress of your package as it makes it's way to you.
Orders shipped within North Carolina are subject to NC sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of shipment but can occasionally take up to one full month so be sure to buy well in advance of the date you need it. A link to tracking information is provided so you can follow the progress of your package as it makes it's way to you.
* All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
RETURNS
I have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason I will happily take it back for a refund within 10 days of you receiving your items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and orders will be refunded upon return on product in new condition. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage in transit or wrong item shipped.
Orders may be returned so long as:
- The order is new, unused/unworn, and unopened
- The order is returned within 10 days of receipt
- The order was not purchased on final sale
* Made-to-order frames cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please reach out me at lana@stateofapril.com and I will be happy to assist you.
