WHOLESALE ORDERING TERMS

 

We’re extremely proud of the quality of our products and we are so excited you are looking into carrying our products in your stores! Please take a few minutes to read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below. Of course, feel free to email any questions you have to lana@lanagibsonart.com

To place an order or view wholesale pricing you must first be an approved retailer. In order to be approved you must have a working URL for your store or you may send us photos of your storefront for consideration.

Online retailers carrying Lana Gibson products are required to include the Lana Gibson name in the product title or in the product description. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, Shoptique, etc.  Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.

All Lana Gibson products being sold online must state: “created by Lana Gibson”.

SIGNING UP FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

You can apply for a wholesale account with Lana Gibson (and receive access to the current line sheet and order form) by filling out the form on our wholesale page. After completing the form. We will notify you in 1-3 business days with the status of your account application.

HOW TO ORDER

Once you are an approved retailer, you will gain access to a fillable PDF order form and line sheet. To place your order you will simply fill out the order sheet and return it to lana@lanagibsonart.com and we will send you an invoice via your preferred email address.

PAYMENT

Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by check or credit card. Orders prepaid by check will only ship once the check is cleared. Net 30 day terms are offered to retailers with an established relationship with Lana Gibson, but will be assessed a $50 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

SHIPPING

Orders ship approximately 2-4 weeks from order date. We strive to get orders out as fast as we can. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via USPS. Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms.

PACKAGING

Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. All prints come wrapped in cello sleeves with a cardboard backing. Boxed cards come packaged in a clear box. All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product.

All Lana Gibson products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged, please email lana@lanagibsonart.com

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We ask all changes to your order be submitted by email to lana@lanagibsonart.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued up to a 15% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total. 

Purchases may be exchanged or returned after shipment if email notification is received within 7 days. Return packages must be postmarked within 10 days of email notification to be eligible for refund.  All merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled. 

In the case of returns, exchanges, damages in transit, and customer returned items due to manufacturing error, please email lana@lanagibsonart.com.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Please note, the product and lifestyle images can only specifically be used to market our products. Images cannot be used on your website as banner images unless our product is named and featured alongside the lifestyle image. All Lana Gibson products being sold online must state: “created by Lana Gibson”.
