A Little Perspective

To me, the details are the most interesting part of a flower. The tiny differences that make each petal unique; the mismatched lengths, the small tears, and the discolorations. To me, those things are what made each flower in this new pattern worth the taking time to draw petal by petal. It's easy to see by stepping back, that all the differences make a big impact in the final design.Just like each flower has imperfections when you get up close, each of us have interesting differences and those things are what make us worth others taking notice of us. We should celebrate the imperfections that make each of us who we are. If we step back and look at the whole picture, at all the pieces of our personalities and appearance, we really are something special.
